Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole has beaten supermodel Kate Moss and Victoria Beckham to be voted as the best-dressed woman of the year and style icon of the decade.

In the poll conducted by television channel The Style Network, Cole was voted as the 'Best Dressed Woman of 2009 along with the style icon accolade.

'In the past year, Cheryl Cole has become everyone's style crush,' the Telegraph quoted Jo Elvin, editor of Glamour, as saying.

'She's ridiculously gorgeous, beautifully groomed and always glossy, glossy, glossy,' Elvin added.

At number two is the slender Brit supermodel whose love life has been much discussed in public.

3. Victoria Beckham

7. Agyness Deyn

This 26-year-old leggy English model has been hailed by some as 'the fashion industry's next great supermodel'.
